My career spans decades at ownership and executive levels, specializing in innovation, compliance, management, agency growth, and financial growth.

My deep understanding of the industry allows me to implement innovative strategies that enhance compliance and promote sustainable growth for our agency. I bring many years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in both group home and HCBS settings. Over the years, I have also served as an instructor for various trainings within the human services field.

I care deeply about the individuals I serve and am committed to ensuring the highest quality in the trainings I run and manage. I believe in treating all students with respect and providing them with the support they need throughout the learning process. Understanding the importance of comprehension and retention of course information, I strive to help my students become the best employees they can be.

I’m Jennifer. With a Bachelor of Science in Correctional Program Support Services and a solid legal background from my Associate’s in Paralegal Studies, I bring a wealth of experience and dedication to the field of advocacy and support. My journey began at a disability law firm, where I assisted individuals in obtaining essential financial support.

In the Developmental Disabilities field, I started as a Direct Care Worker (DCW) and quickly advanced to become a state trainer. I now offer comprehensive training in several crucial areas, including Prevention and Support, Article 9, Positive Behavior Support, Neglect and Abuse, and CPR/First Aid.

My passion for this work is deeply personal, inspired by my son on the spectrum who is thriving with the right support. This experience fuels my commitment to advocating for the well-being and safety of individuals facing diverse challenges.

As a devoted mother of five wonderful children and a bonus mom to six, I understand the importance of family and support. My mission is to make a positive impact in every life I touch and contribute to meaningful change and advocacy.
