General Policy
At Hand N Hand Consulting, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality training and courses to our clients. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your participation in our training programs. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, taking into account the different types of training we offer: Zoom sessions, in-person classroom sessions, hybrid and online self-paced training.
Cancellation and Refund Policy for Zoom and In-Person Classroom Training
Cancellation by Participant/Agency
More than 14 Days Before the Training Start Date:
If you cancel your registration more than 14 days before the training start date, you will be eligible for a full refund or a transfer to another training session, for no additional cost, up to 1 time. If you request to reschedule to a different training session additional times, each time will incur a $25 administrative fee.
Between 7 and 14 Days Before the Training Start Date:
If you cancel your registration between 7 and 14 days before the training start date, you will be eligible for a 50% refund or transfer to another training session, for no additional cost, up to 1 time. If you request to reschedule to a different training session additional times, each time will incur a $25 administrative fee.
Less than 7 Days Before the Training Start Date:
If you cancel your registration less than 7 days before the training start date, no refund will be issued. However, you may transfer to another training session, for no additional cost, up to 1 time. If you request to reschedule to a different training session additional times, each time will incur a $25 administrative fee.
Cancellation by Hand N Hand Consulting, LLC
In the event that Hand N Hand Consulting, LLC cancels a training session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another available training session at no additional cost.
Technical Issues Policy
Zoom Training
Participant Technical Issues:
In the event the participant suffers from technical issues that make it impossible to complete the class the instructor will attempt to assist the participant in rejoining the class. If the participant is able to rejoin the class within 10 minutes the instructor will allow them to continue the class and catch up with the rest of the group. If the participant is unable to rejoin the class within 10 minutes the instructor will be unable to allow the participant back into the class. In the case where a participant is unable to rejoin the class Hand N Hand Consulting will not offer a refund. However, the participant may transfer to another training session, for no additional cost, up to 1 time. If the participant requests to reschedule to a different training session additional times, each time will incur a $25 administrative fee.
Hand N Hand Consulting Instructor Technical Issues:
In the event that Hand N Hand consulting is unable to continue a training due to unforeseen technical difficulties that can not be remedied within 15 to 30 minutes, then the training will be cancelled and all participants offered the option to either transfer their registration to another training, at no additional cost, up to 1 time or receive a refund.
Online Self-Paced Training
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the online self-paced training, please contact our support team within 14 days of purchase. We will work to resolve the issue or provide a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved.

At Any Time:
All online self-paced training is non-refundable.
Access and Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the online self-paced training, please contact our support team within 14 days of purchase. We will work to resolve the issue or provide a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
Cancellation and Refund Policy for Hybrid Training
Cancellation by Participant/Agency
At Any Time:
We are unable to issue refunds for Hybrid courses due to our immediate incurred cost for the e-learning portion of the training in order to provide the e-learning link.
Cancellation by Hand N Hand Consulting, LLC
In the event that Hand N Hand Consulting, LLC cancels a training session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another available training session at no additional cost.
Rescheduling Policy
Zoom and In-Person Classroom Training
Participants may transfer to another training session, for no additional cost, up to 1 time. If you request to reschedule to a different training session additional times, each time will incur a $25 administrative fee.
No-Show Policy
If you do not attend the training session and have not notified us of your cancellation or rescheduling request as per the above timelines, no refund will be issued.

Policy Updates
Hand N Hand Consulting, LLC reserves the right to update or modify this cancellation and refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all registrations made after the date of the change.
